Dhadak 2 (2025) Hindi Movie

Dhadak 2 is a 2025 Indian Hindi-language romantic drama film.

Written and directed by Shazia Iqbal, the film is produced by Dharma Productions, Zee Studios, and Cloud 9 Pictures. It is a spiritual sequel to Dhadak (2018) and a remake of the Tamil film Pariyerum Perumal (2018). The film stars Siddhant Chaturvedi and Triptii Dimri in the lead roles.

The story follows Nilesh (Siddhant Chaturvedi), a young man from a lower caste who gains admission to the National University of Law through the quota system. His classmate, Vidhisha “Vidhi” (Triptii Dimri), comes from an upper-caste background. Despite their differences, the two develop a strong bond and fall in love. When Vidhi invites Nilesh to her sister Nimisha’s (Deeksha Joshi) wedding, her family objects but eventually allows him to attend. Nilesh arrives with excitement, only to face a life-changing shock at the ceremony. The unfolding events form the remainder of the film.
